The Process and Procedures to Create Your Marketing Materials
Our agency startup package includes a Logo, Website, Business Cards, and Brochures. While some of our clients only need a logo for their agency, others decide that they need a full marketing package. Our marketing materials process takes a very specific step-by-step process, this ensures that clients receive their materials in the order that they are needed.
Step 1 - Your Logo Design
We begin your process with your logo design. Starting off, we discuss ideas of what you are looking for in your agency’s logo. The most important thing to remember is that your logo sets the tone for the rest of your marketing. Your logo is a visual representation of your agency and should be easily recognizable.
When you’re ready to begin your logo design, you will first head to the logo design information request page, read through the information there, and fill out the form with as much information as you can provide to us. The more information you can provide, the better we understand what you are looking for in your logo.
Step 2 - Your Website
Once your logo has been created, it’s time to move on to your website. Your website is to help you create an online presence for your agency. It will be a well thought, and visually appealing informational website. Think of it as a very comprehensive brochure, that will help your potential clients find you out of the growing list of care providers. We provide you will all of the tools necessary to succeed, and present you with a website that is fully scalable so that it can grow with your agency. Your agency will receive a 4 to 6-page website, which will encompass all of the information that you provide us with. While we do have a bit of general information to help you along, we always ask clients to help us understand who they are, and give us some information to help make their agency stand out in the crowd.
We have created a very comprehensive instructional page, to help guide you through this process. It is very detailed and will require some time for you to complete. Once you have read through the article, and have taken the necessary steps to proceed with the design and development of your website, we have a form for you to fill out and send us all of your information through. There are very specific things that you will need for this whole process, so carefully follow the steps in the article, and it will help us build you the perfect website in an expedient manner!
Step 3 - Business Cards & Brochures
Rounding out the marketing materials will be your Brochures and Business Cards. From the design of your logo, through everything we learned about you from the development of the website, we will create 4 different samples for you to choose from. Once you have chosen a layout for your Brochures and Business Cards, we will then send you a final set of proofs, so you can review them and provide us with any changes that you wish to have made.
The reason that this is the final step in the process, is because we need to learn as much about you and your agency through the rest of the process. The brochures also include your office address, website address, phone, and fax numbers.
